Choosing the TV programs carefully is very important. Although TV programs offer the important channels which have information and entertainment.
It may be some disadvantages. Some programs filled with violence and lust which has bed influences. Spending too much time watching TV, it’ll hurt our eyesight. Therefore, we should choose some programs that it’ll good for our bodies and mind. The most important thing is that don’t be couch potatoes.
2.Computer Draft-1
In our life, the computers play an important role; it can help students’ works hand in quickly, it also help people deliver the information in time. As long as you turn on the computer, you must fall in love with them. However, it should be sure to remind yourselves: Don’t sit in front of the computers for a long time, generality parents don’t like their children to be dependent on the computers, especially the bulletin boards, it is wasting our time.

computers and televisions is a good way for relax but if we spend much time on it....not good for us
We should choose TV programs very carefully.
Although, computer let students convenient.But, don't sit in front of the computer a long time couse of it let our bodies unheathly.
